I am qualified in online breathwork and soon-to-be IEMT therapist, offering you a safe, amenable and effective way to deliver the services directly to you via zoom or skype.  You will receive complete details on how to prepare for and what to expect from your online 1:1 session experience.

Online  1:1 breath sessions last from 1 to 1.5 hours.

IEMT sessions typically last 1 hour unless it is the first consultation in which case, I will schedule a 1.5 hour slot.
