CANCELLATION POLICY

​

While cancellations are sometimes unavoidable, they can be stressful for both the client and the practitioner. Timely notice can help mitigate the impact and Aurbreath will do its best to reschedule an appointment within reason. Client lateness to a session might be extended on condition that  it does not negatively impinge on another client or Aurabreath. Lateness to an appointment does not allow you a refund or transfer to another session

 

Continuous internet connections and faults  on the day of an online session is likely  to be reschedule at an appropriate time for both parties at no extra charge.

 

Should ill health or force majeure affect your ability to attend an appointment, the following cancellation policy comes into action:

  • 48 hours notice on business day is required if you need to change an appointment. Proof of a doctors certificate/confirmation ( including positive test COVID-19 with date/time verified). No fee charged.

  • Non-attendance: 1st missed appointment charged 100% 

  • Subsequent cancellation or non-attendance: 50% of appointment charge  plus 20% admin fee

 

You may cancel the service within 14 days of the date you paid for the service by emailing us at davelpatel@aurabreath.com stating your clear intention to cancel. If I receive such an email within 14 days of the date of you registering for the Service, I shall provide you with a full refund of the amount paid by you up to such date (less the cost of any sessions that took place within the 14 day period). The amount will be reimbursed by the method originally used by you to pay for your purchase less 20% per bundle or session for loss of time and administration expenses.

If   you  received any digital materials and you exercise your right to cancel within 14 days of booking/registration, I reserve the right to deduct a reasonable fee representing the benefit you received by accessing any such content before cancellation.

 

Our rights to cancel

Once I have begun to provide the Services to you, I may cancel the Contract at any time by providing you with at least 15 calendar days' notice in writing. If you have made any payment in advance for Services that have not been provided to you, the amount will be refund to you. I may cancel the Contract at any time with immediate effect by giving you written notice if:

​

  • payment by you was not received  by you when it was meant to be/agreed

  • The client breaks the contract and the client  does not correct or fix the situation within 7 days of me asking you to in writing.

  • Any delay by aurbreath.com in exercising our right to terminate the Services shall not constitute a waiver of our right to terminate or to seek any other remedy.

If Aurabreath  is prevented from or delayed in performing our obligations by your act,  omission or by any circumstance outside of our control, we will not be liable to you for any costs, charges, or losses sustained or incurred by you that arises directly or indirectly from such prevention or delay

 

Payment

Payment for services is always made in advance by credit, debit card or other payment methods via www.aurabreath.com except where agreed otherwise in writing between us.
